The Videos won’t play on my device
It’s likely that you need to enable third-party cookies on your device or clear the cached cookies. Don’t worry this is not difficult to do. If you are using the Safari browser, try using Google Chrome, as safari can be temperamental.
TO ENABLE COOKIES IN GOOGLE CHROME (ANDROID):
• On your Android device, open the Chrome app.
• At the top right, tap More More and then Settings.
• Tap Site settings and then Cookies.
• Next to “Cookies,” switch the setting on.
• To allow third-party cookies, check the box next to “Allow third-
party cookies.”
CLEAR ALL COOKIES ON GOOGLE CHROME
If you remove cookies, you’ll be signed out of websites so please make a
note of any passwords if necessary.
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More Settings.
Under “Privacy and security,” click Cookies and other site data.
Click See all cookies and site data Remove all.
Confirm by clicking Clear all.
CLEAR COOKIES ON SAFARI AND RESTART THE IPAD.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data.
Please then turn off the “Block All Cookies” option.
Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding
down on the sleep button until the red slider
appears and then slide to shut off. To power
up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo
appears and let go of the button.
There is no volume on the video
Firstly check that the volume isn’t muted or set low on the video. In the bottom right-hand corner of the video, you’ll see some icons. If there is an x next to the volume control, the sound is muted.
To unmute the sound or alter the volume, click on the sound icon and move the slider with your keyboard mouse or finger if on a mobile device.
I can’t scroll down the page
Please note that there is no sidebar to drag in your hub. So if you don’t have a touch sensitive mouse pad or a roller on your mouse you will need to use the arrow keys on your keyboard to scroll. You can also use your finger on a tablet or mobile.
How do I make the video full size?
To make any video full size click on the square icon in the bottom right hand corner of the video. Press the escape button to return the video to normal size.
Is there a way to add captions to the video?
Yes!! In the bottom right hand corner of any video you’ll see there are 3 icons. If you click on the gear icon you can turn on or off the captions.
